Job Description

10+ years of experience as an Oracle SOA Developer

  • Should have the capability to lead a team, architect solutions, work with business directly, able to present and socialize design solutions with executive management.
  • Requires advanced level knowledge and understanding of SOA Architecture, SOA design patterns and integrations.
  • Has In-depth knowledge in Oracle Fusion - SOA Middleware Application. Mainly Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Must have expert level knowledge in developing SOA Composites involving RESTful/SOAP APIs with XML, XSLT, JSON Standards.
  • Must have expert level knowledge and understanding of WebLogic Application Server, JMS and J2EE architecture, technology, and concepts.
  • Must have experience on Oracle ERP Cloud integration, SOA CS, JCS.
  • Experience in developing, performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of OIC integrations.
  • Should be familiar with Data Extraction tools like BICC/UCM from Oracle SaaS.
  • Experienced with Oracle PaaS platform and its deployment architecture.
  • Strong in SOA concepts, Web Services, Application Architecture, BPM/BPEL.
  • Strong JAVA/J2EE development skills.
  • Strong SQL Skills.
  • Experience writing JAVA web services and consuming BPEL/ESB services.
  • Experience writing Fusion Middleware services to exchange data with incoming legacy applications.
  • Expert knowledge in integrating with Kafka/JMS Topics and various MQs.
  • Experience with Mediator, Java Connectivity Architecture and Fusion Middleware Adapters.
  • Proficiency developing using JDeveloper or Eclipse
  • Ability to understand requirements and efficiently review the Functional and Technical Documents.
  • An ability to prioritize and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivery and impact in managing/delivering transformation, with minimum 6-9 years’ experience in project management & business transformation.
  • Experience in managing Technology Projects (data analysis, visualization, app development etc.) along with at least in one function such as Procurement Domain, process improvement, continuous improvement, change management, operating model design.
  • Has performed the role of a scrum master or managed a project having scrum teams.
  • Has managed projects with stakeholders in multi-location landscape.
  • Past experience in managing analytics projects will be a huge plus.
