Vasu Sarangapani, CEO of Relevance Lab, brings 30+ years of experience revitalizing businesses for growth and profitability in the Technology Services industry. As the former Chief Growth Officer and Chief Sales Officer at GlobalLogic Inc., Vasu achieved an impressive 28 consecutive quarters of growth, increasing revenue from $250 million to $900 million.
Vasu's extensive experience spans diverse business sectors, geographies, and functions. This breadth of knowledge has given him a unique perspective on the potential of companies and their ability to achieve remarkable success. He believes in transcending conventional boundaries and encourages a mindset that embraces innovation by thinking not only outside the box but beyond the village itself.
Vasu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) in New Delhi and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Shastra University Tanjore. Dr. Ankita Singh
Ankita holds the position of Chief People Officer. With a career spanning over 22 years, Ankita has consistently demonstrated her proficiency in managing and directing various aspects of Human Resources, primarily within the fast-paced ITES sector. While at CIGNEX Datamatics, she excelled in implementing new and competitive initiatives and institutionalizing a strong performance-driven culture, resulting in the company being certified as a "Great Place to Work 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-21."
Ankita's achievements have earned her industry-wide recognition. The Times of India group honored her as "Woman Leader of the Year," recognizing her exceptional leadership abilities and groundbreaking achievements. She was also named a "Top 100 Manager" by Forbes India and the Great Manager Institute.
Ankita's educational background is equally impressive. She completed her MBA in HR+IT from Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering, Pune, an Executive MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from Bhopal University.

Vidur Bhogilal
Vidur serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Relevance Lab, overseeing all facets of Corporate Strategy. With a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years, he brings a high level of expertise in strategic restructuring, M&A, corporate governance, finance, administration, and legal affairs.
In his role, Vidur drives Relevance Lab's M&A and Strategy charter, creating sustainable value for the organization through successful mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture partnerships. His track record includes managing several successful acquisitions, mergers, and restructuring initiatives in India, the US, and Europe, while also contributing significantly to tax recovery, forex management, financial planning and control, and fundraising efforts.
Vidur's credentials are impressive, having earned the distinction of a gold medalist qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost Accountant (ICWA) from India. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the US in addition to a Law degree.

Puneet Chaddah
Puneet is an experienced software product development leader working with large enterprises and start-ups. He has built teams from scratch and successfully managed operations, including delivery, support, pre-sales, and customer relationship management.

Pawan Ambardekar
As Senior Vice President, Office of the CEO, Pawan is spearheading the integration and cross-functional transformation initiatives to help unlock synergies and accelerate growth. In his role he will be establishing metrics-driven planning and analytics-based decision-making, enabling our company to thrive in today's dynamic business landscape.
With over 24 years of experience, Pawan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the product engineering services space including managing business P&L, formulating go-to-market strategies, mergers & acquisitions as well as revenue operations.
Before joining Relevance Lab, Pawan was part of the sales leadership team at GlobalLogic where he was instrumental in setting up global business operations to support hyper-growth. He successfully led the integration of global acquisitions and played a crucial role in multiple PE transactions.
Pawan holds a management degree from the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad. Additionally, he obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering from Pune University.

Additionally, Ashish was crucial in overseeing the US market while promoting and selling Oracle Database products at Oracle India.

Orne Bey
Orne is Head of North America Sales, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. His dynamic and results-oriented approach drives sales growth consistently and builds strong client relationships that foster long-term partnerships.
Before joining Relevance Lab, Orne was a founding member of Excellerent, where he built a strong capability base with the Ethiopia Delivery Center. His passion for the purpose of the EDC and the value it can bring to the organization and clients is contagious.
Beyond his sales acumen, Orne's educational background adds further value to his leadership role. He holds a J.D. degree from the prestigious Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University, enabling him to navigate complex sales scenarios with a unique legal perspective.
