Job Description

Working Hour -US Shift Time: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST

Experience in providing call support during regular business hours

  • Ability work work flexible hours to fill out a 24/7 coverage cycle with staff located in multiple time zones from US and India locations.
  • Experience matching Middleware Engineer.

Expected Tasks

  • Server Reboots.
  • Agent remediation (Puppet, Splunk, etc).
  • DNS adds.
  • Certificate generation.
  • Eyes on glass monitoring.
  • Responding to alerts (CPU, Disk space, etc.)
  • Execute SOPs.
  • Round-the-clock support (OS Support, AWS platform tasks, Commvault, Splunk, Managed FTP, Jenkins execution.)
