OKR Analyst

Job Description

• Attend daily sessions with the Data Engineer and team members to foster collaboration and ensure project alignment.
• Facilitate the transition of department teams to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from established guidelines and methodologies.
• Collaborate with departmental Business representatives and analysts to understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, translating them into actionable requirements.
• Validate the implementation of KPI requirements and ensure accurate data representation.
• Drive the adoption of OKRs throughout the organization, addressing inquiries and providing guidance based on established guidelines and frameworks
• Conduct thorough testing of Viva features and progress representations, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, documenting processes and insights as required.
• Execute small Proof of Concepts (POCs) with approved tool sets to explore feature capabilities and feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical analyst role.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and capturing requirements for Key Performance Indicators.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Business units.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Viva Goals OR a quick learning capability.
• Understanding of performance indicators and business process metrics.
