Functions:

  • Jenkins Administration.
  • Bitbucket Administration.
  • Puppet Administration.
  • Arti factory Administration.
  • Provision Access requests in Jenkins.
  • New Repo Creation in Bitbucket.
  • DevOps Escalation Point of Contact (deployment/troubleshooting/support).
  • End user tools support (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Puppet, Arti factory, etc.)
  • Tools upgrades/Patching (Bitbucket, Jenkins, CICD EKS Cluster).
  • AMI Pipeline Support.
  • Cloud tools licensing and Certificates.
  • Compliance and Audits for Cloud technologies.
  • ECS / EKS / Containers Escalation Support.
  • Tier 3 support for Configuration Management development.
