Warehouse Management Technical Developer

Job Description

• Strong hands-on experience in AS400, including CLLE, RPGIL/Free, SQL, FTP, and DB2 access tools.
• Hands-on experience with Turnover and Hawkeye tools.
• Experience with LogPro/PKMS - Manhattan products is a plus.
• Experience with WMi (Warehouse Management for iSeries) - Manhattan products is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management systems and Supply chain.
• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze Legacy programs and design business logic for existing programs.
• Working together with business and technical team members in a harmonious way.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution skills.
• Able to work effectively and produce consistent results with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, and is self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to effectively mentor less experienced team members on programming and testing techniques.
• Able to support off-hours work as required, including weekends, holidays, and rotational on-call.
• Ensures all incidents are resolved against SLAs.
• Interfaces with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Should get involved in QA testing and UAT activities.
• Day-to-day activities involve resolving support tickets and working on enhancements.
• Should be familiar with working with the JIRA tool in an agile environment.
