Dynatrace Engineer

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynatrace solutions across On-Prem, Cloud, and Hybrid environments.
• Participate in solutioning from inception through PoC to full deployment.
• Work closely with techno-functional presales teams to design Dynatrace-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Customize and integrate Dynatrace with ITSM, CI/CD, cloud-native, and DevOps ecosystems.
• Actively contribute to knowledge management by documenting solutions and best practices, and conduct cross-training for internal teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and capability presentations for prospective and existing clients.
• Identify customer challenges and coordinate with the Dynatrace team or vendor for custom feature implementations.
• Ensure best practices are followed to maximize the value and capabilities of the Dynatrace platform.
• Stay current with AIOps trends and new Dynatrace features, and guide customers in adopting relevant updates.
• Hybrid, 3 days from office.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in application performance analysis and root cause diagnosis.
• Proven experience in deploying and configuring Dynatrace across various technologies and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with integrating Dynatrace with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), DevOps pipelines, and monitoring frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement custom dashboards, alerting rules, tagging strategies, and management zones.
• Deep understanding of Dynatrace features and how to optimize its use within different enterprise setups.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Python scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, or Puppet.
• Experience in delivering product training sessions and showcasing Dynatrace’s advanced capabilities to customers.
• Dynatrace Implementer Certification.
