Job Description

• This position is for a person with strong analytical background and is responsible for analyzing BAU support tickets in eGlobal ERP, primarily related to accounting and functional side of eGlobal.
• Coordinate with the end user and help them out with their regular problems/issues.
• Develop new ideas and present them to the end users and team.
• Analyzing, developing and cataloguing the issues with proposed solution to the ERP code owner.
• The person will also have to take part in the UAT testing of the product’s new releases and hot patches; and also responsible for successfully documenting completed testing documentations.
• This position will also document and submit all the bugs identified with in the system and send them to the ERP code owner for corrections.
• Communicate with the stakeholders on regular basis and keep them appraised on the development of the issue.
• Shift Timings – could be both 8am to 5pm and 12pm to 9pm (as per business requirement).
• FTF interview on 16^th July.

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Required

• 3 + years bachelor’s degree in commerce – preferably B.COM (H) (only 2024 batch).
• 0-6 months’ work experience only. Fresher is required.
