Job Description

Shift -12.30PM-9.30PM

  • 4+ years of extensive ServiceNow Development experience in developing as per the requirement and providing ongoing support and maintenance
  • Must have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, JavaScript, and other web technologies
  • Familiar with IT service management processes and best practices
  • Ensures development starts only after documented and approved requirements are shared by Business Analyst.
  • Strict adherence to Platform design standards and strategies
  • Ensures agreed timelines are met or asks for support as needed
  • Assists BA in documentation and revises the same as necessary. Ensures all configurations are documented and stored in a central repository
  • Attends meetings and provides status updates
  • Keeps the BA updated with all the progress and works very closely with them
  • Ensures all items in developer checklist are followed
  • Resolves technical escalations, including responding to defects
  • Process Automation: Flow Designer, Workflows, Notifications, SLA Management
  • Data Management: Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps, Update Sets, Reports, Performance Analytics, Dashboards
  • Access Management: Roles, Reference Qualifiers, ACLs
  • Integration Knowledge: REST API, SOAP, JSON, IntegrationHub
  • Tools: MID Server, Discovery Credentials, Update Sets
  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, team collaborationf, troubleshooting, communication

Skills/Competencies Required

  • 4+ experience in ServiceNow development
  • Experience on improving health of the platform referring to health scan of instance.
  • Extensive experience working with clients and users.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse and remote team

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Certified System Administrator is mandatory
  • Certification on ServiceNow modules will be preferred
